Meet the Minds Behind MindElite

Our Story

MindElite was founded with a simple but powerful idea: what if the mental performance tools used by elite military units and top athletes could be made available to everyone?

After years of designing and leading high-impact readiness programs for military operators—fighter pilots, EOD specialists, and aircraft carrier personnel—Jeremy King recognized a gap. These life-enhancing tools were locked away in exclusive settings, accessible only to a select few.

That realization sparked a new mission: to democratize high-level cognitive performance training. Together with Kathleen High-King, an expert in organizational management and human performance systems, MindElite was born.

Today, MindElite is building an ecosystem that empowers professionals, teams, students, and individuals to train their minds like elite performers—enhancing focus, decision-making, resilience, and cognitive health.

Our Team

Jeremy King

Founder & CEO

Jeremy has worked in the field of Human Performance for over 15 years, leading cognitive and readiness programs across professional athletics and elite military communities. His experience spans thousands of service members, including fighter pilots, special operations personnel, and high-stakes decision-makers.

“I spent years designing cognitive readiness programs that enhanced resilience, focus, and decision-making under pressure. But one question kept coming back—why are these tools only available to elite warfighters? That question became my next mission.”

Jeremy’s vision for MindElite is to bring world-class cognitive performance development to everyone, regardless of background or profession.

Kathleen High-King

Founding Partner

Kathleen brings over a decade of experience in organizational management, with a strong foundation in human resources, employee relations, and performance analytics. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations of all sizes create environments that promote growth, well-being, and operational excellence.

Her work has always centered around people—how they work, how they thrive, and how systems can be built to support both. With MindElite, Kathleen saw an opportunity to bridge the gap between individual mental performance and organizational success.

Her vision for MindElite is to build a platform where corporations, teams, and institutions can unlock their full potential by investing in the cognitive health, readiness, and resilience of their people—not just as workers, but as humans.
